I used Layla’s services in late 2010. It was close to Christmas, I was pushed for time and I still hadn’t found accommodation in Sydney for myself and my elderly parents. We needed one night’s accommodation in the city, before joining the rest of our family at a holiday house up the coast. We wanted something cheap, but still cheerful. We were initially rather skeptical about using an independent concierge service yet we found ourselves in a tricky situation trying to locate accommodation in Rome and restaurants in London at short notice. Our credit card concierge and travel service team was offering little by way of help, so out of desperation we sought alternative options. We’re glad we did. Layla went to great lengths to find accommodation that fit our unique criteria and found a high end restaurant for ten guests. She convincingly delivered both options before the agreed completion date. We were extremely lucky to have found Layla as she saved us time and effort. We will certainly use her services again – highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Layla highly enough for all your travel needs in Australia. She was most helpful when I had to attend a wedding at Mt Buller in Victoria. I wasn’t sure whether I should fly or drive from Sydney. Layla researched all possible scenarios and presented me with a list of options. I needed to book a restaurant for my birthday dinner that could handle a large group of friends, but it also needed to have yummy food, a good atmosphere, be good value and in a trendy suburb. I gave Layla a list of my wants and needs and she came back with a great list of restaurants! All I had to do was choose the one I liked best and Layla did the rest. Result = an awesome night of good food and fun! I also had all my Christmas presents bought, except for my Stepdad who is notoriously hard to buy for – aren’t all Dads? So I emailed Layla, briefly explaining what he liked and my budget. She came back with a list of original ideas, including the links for where to buy them. A few clicks later and the present I chose was on its way – too easy! The ideas were so good that I’ve stored the others for future birthdays and Christmases.

We had a birthday celebration delivered while in quarantine. The whole process (including booking from overseas) was fast and easy and the delivery was above and beyond!

Layla is a miracle worker! I recently asked Layla to help me get Adele Concert tickets. I initially tried by myself with the first release but had no luck. So I did what everyone should do – I contacted Layla at Sydney Concierge. She was so professional, dealt with my query straight away, worked with me to agree on what I was willing to spend, how far I would travel etc. She set my expectations from the beginning and even provided me with several other dates, prices and options.
