Tedder & Woodroffe

There is only one thing better than a holiday, and that is visiting friends in far away places who can act as a local tour guide and take you to the best restaurants. Friends on The Gold Coast did just that when they took us to Tedder and Woodroffe at Main Beach. I cannot recommend Tedder and Woodroffe enough, in particular the Tempura Oysters. Also make sure you leave enough room for the Dessert Sharing Platter (pictured) – it will feed a minimum of 4 people, but more likely 6 as portions are very generous. The liqueur coffees are also yummy. What sets it apart from your average restaurant? The service was impeccable. Friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. And this was despite having a private function inside!
