About Layla Roberts

Hi, I’m Layla Roberts, founder and Chief Organisation Officer (COO) of Sydney Concierge, passionate organiser, and advocate for busy professionals – especially working mums. Think of me as your lifestyle manager or your personal assistant dedicated to simplifying your life.

I have a deep understanding the overwhelm of juggling career, home, and family. My purpose is clear: helping women like you thrive professionally and personally without sacrificing the moments that truly matter.

My Journey
With a BA (Hons.) in Psychology and an internationally recognised Diploma in Event Management, my expertise goes beyond organising.  I understand the psychology behind busy lifestyles, allowing me to create practical, personalised solutions.

Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2006, becoming an Australian citizen in 2008.  Whilst working as a Concierge Lifestyle Consultant for Platinum credit card clients, I discovered my natural talent for organising people’s personal lives. It may sound corny, but I quickly realised I was “born to be a concierge. In 2010, I took the leap and founded Concierge Connections, which I rebranded as Sydney Concierge in 2015.

What Drives Me
Even when faced with stress or challenges, I see possibilities. I thrive on solving problems, constantly looking for ways to make life smoother, for all of my clients and those around me. My goal isn’t just to tick boxes, but to prioritise what matters most, effectively giving you back control of your life. Imagine more time for family, self-care, and pursuing your passions. That’s what motivates me every day.
