If you book online, please let us know your requirements in the message box, and we shall be in touch with an invoice for the delivery and pickup fees.
- Confirmation: Once, we have received payment, we shall confirm the delivery and pickup dates with you, as well as your colour scheme.
- We will source any additional decorations, if you have a specific theme in mind.
- Delivery: We deliver your selected Christmas tree on your requested date to your desired location in Sydney.
- Setup: We will assemble and position the tree in your home/office/restaurant/bar/function room/studio, and perform our magic.

Can I choose the height of my Christmas tree?
We understand that everyone’s space and preferences are unique, so we offer a range of tree sizes to suit your needs. Whether you prefer a tall and majestic tree or a more compact one, we have options available to accommodate your specific requirements.
Subject to availability, you can absolutely choose what height tree you would like. If it says ‘out of stock’ in the drop-down menu at the top of this page, we may be able to source another tree for you. so please do contact us to check.
Do you use glass baubles?
Due to safety considerations, we refrain from offering glass baubles or decorations for hire.
Does the package include delivery and pickup?
Delivery and collection is included for artificial trees, if the address is less than 30km from Mortdale. A surcharge will apply if it is more than 30km. Please contact us for a quote.
Does the package include lights?
In the interest of safety, our packages do not automatically come with lights. Nevertheless, we offer the option to decorate your tree with your own lights or acquire some on your behalf (and they become your property afterward).
What colours do you have for hire?
We currently have baubles and decorations in all colours of the rainbow, along with white, silver, gold, and black options.
When should I book my Christmas tree?
Our Christmas tree rentals are in high demand, and we have limited inventory. To increase your chances of securing your preferred tree, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible. It’s worth noting that a majority of our clients typically reserve their Christmas in July trees in May/June for installation in July.
How long can I hire the Christmas tree for?
You have the flexibility to rent our Christmas Trees for the duration that suits your needs. The shortest rental we’ve accommodated was just one night (for a corporate Christmas party in the Sofitel Darling Harbour Ballroom). On the other end of the spectrum, the longest rental extended for two months (Alex & Co restaurant).
What's the earliest you can install my Christmas Tree?
You have the flexibility to book our artificial Christmas Tree hire at any time of the year.
Can I extend the rental period if I want to keep the tree longer?
Definitely. If you need to adjust the delivery or pickup date, please contact us to arrange a more convenient date.
Do you offer corporate Christmas Tree hire?
We certainly provide Christmas Tree hire for corporate clients. Our services extend to installing and decorating Christmas trees in various settings, including apartment foyers, prestigious 5-star hotels, office environments, and restaurants. As well as family homes of course.
