What exactly does this service include?
I handle the entire recruitment process for your new housekeeper – from writing and posting the ad, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, to reference and background checks. You’ll receive notes and my top recommendation, so you can hire with confidence.
How long does the process take?
It typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location, criteria, and availability of candidates. I’ll keep you updated throughout.
What if the person I hire doesn’t work out?
No problem – you’re covered with a one-month guarantee. If things don’t work out within the first 30 days, I’ll repeat the process once, free of charge.
Please note, this guarantee doesn’t apply if the person leaves for reasons beyond our control – like personal or family circumstances that aren’t related to the job itself.
Do you meet the candidates in person?
I conduct initial interviews via Zoom or Google Meet. Once I’ve shortlisted candidates, I recommend you meet them personally before making a final decision.
I can also conduct face-to-face interviews if you prefer, although there will be an additional charge for this,
Can you help with hiring part-time or live-in housekeepers?
Absolutely. Whether you need someone a few hours a week, full-time, or live-in, I’ll tailor the search to your needs.
Is the housekeeper employed by Sydney Concierge?
No, you’ll be the employer. I help you find the right person, but you’ll manage payment and any employment agreements directly.
