- Quick Fix – 4 hours credit, which can be used any time within 12 months
- Monthly Ease – 4 hours per month, for a minimum of 3 months
- Weekly Reset – 4 hours per week, for a minimum of 12 weeks
Is this service available as a one-off or ongoing?
Both! You can book a one-time session to clear the backlog or set up a regular arrangement for ongoing support. Whatever suits your lifestyle.
How do I know you’ll do things the way I like them?
I take time upfront to understand your preferences and systems. You stay in control, and I keep you updated along the way to ensure everything meets your standards.
I’ve got sensitive information. How is my privacy protected?
Confidentiality is my top priority. Your information is handled with the utmost care, and I follow strict privacy practices to protect your data.
Do you offer remote support or in-person?
I offer both remote admin services and, for clients in Sydney, in-person support is also available.
How much does it cost?
Rates vary depending on the scope of tasks and frequency of support. After your free consultation, I’ll provide a clear, customised quote.
Can I give you access to my accounts or inbox?
Only if you’re comfortable. Many clients do, but it’s always your choice. We’ll agree on the level of access that feels right for you.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, a minimum of 2 hours per session applies. Retainer packages are also available for regular, ongoing support.
How do I get started with the service?
Getting started is easy! Simply contact me with your requirements, and I’ll take it from there. I’m ready to make your life stress-free!
what is the cancellation policy?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty, as long as I have not started the work. Sessions cancelled/postponed within 48 hours may attract a 50% cancellation fee.
