What types of items can you shop for?

Ican shop for anything you would like; including groceries, gifts, clothing and home essentials, as well as unique and hard-to-find items.

Can you deliver the items to my home?

Yes, absolutely! I offer convenient delivery options so your purchases arrive right at your door. I can also arrange delivery to your family, friends and employees. Delivery options include Express and Regular Auspost, as well as couriers. For Sydney deliveries, I also offer delivery by hand.

How does your personal shopping service work?

Simply provide us with a list or tell us what you need. I handle everything—from sourcing items to making purchases and arranging delivery, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?

A fee of $1 per kilometre applies for any distance over 40km return from Mortdale (postcode 2223).

What if I have a specific budget?

I’m happy to work within your budget. Just let us know and I’ll find the best options within your price range.

Can you handle last-minute or urgent shopping requests?

Yes, I will do my best to accommodate urgent requests. Let me know your timeline, and I’ll work quickly to get your items to you on time.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can request?

Not at all. Whether it’s a single item or a long list, I’m here to help. For larger or specialised requests, reach out so I can plan accordingly.

How do I pay for my purchases?

I will invoice you in advance. Sydney Concierge accepts a range of payment methods to keep things easy for you.

Can you shop from specific stores or brands?

Absolutely! If you have preferred stores or brands, simply let me know.

What if I’m not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased?

I strive for complete satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right, reach out, and I’ll work to resolve it, including returns or exchanges wherever possible.

How do I get started with the service?

Getting started is easy! Simply contact me with your shopping needs, and I’ll take it from there. I’m ready to make your shopping experience stress-free!

what is the cancellation policy?

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty, as long as I have not started the shopping. Sessions cancelled/postponed within 48 hours may attract a 50% cancellation fee.

Yes, Sydney Concierge offers gift vouchers! It’s a fantastic way to treat your loved ones to the gift of time and convenience.
