The Deck

We dined at The Deck last night, to enjoy the start of Vivid Sydney. It is the perfect bar/restaurant, from which to enjoy The Harbour Bridge changing colour over the next two weeks (from 6pm-midnight). As well as stunning views, the food and service was also excellent. My partner & I shared the Twice-baked Parmesan & Gruyere Souffle. For mains, we had the Snapper Fillet with Patatas Bravas and Cauliflower Salmorejo, as well as the Porcini Marinated Tenderloin with Horseradish Gratin and Watercress Puree. All of which was delicious. The food came incredibly quickly and we were in and out within 40 minutes! Despite this, we did not feel rushed at all. In fact, they tried to persuade us to stay for dessert, but we were too full.
