1. Real Christmas trees, just like any other plant or tree, require water. It’s essential to check the water level in the tree stand daily during the first few days to determine how much it consumes. Some trees can guzzle over 3 litres a day! To keep your tree fresh and ensure it’s well-cared for throughout the Christmas season, make sure to top up the water every second day, if not daily, so that the stand is always kept at around ¾ full. You don’t need to use commercially prepared mixes; research has shown that providing an ample supply of fresh water will keep your tree healthy and happy.
2. Make sure your Christmas tree is situated in a spot shielded from direct sunlight, any form of heat (e.g. TV’s, heaters, skylights, sunlit windows, aircon vents), and drafts. This will prevent your tree from drying out.
3. Fill an old spray bottle with water and spray the needles every 3 days. Make sure your tree lights (if you have any) are unplugged and turned off.

If you follow these steps, your real Christmas Tree should last approximately 4-5 weeks.

3. Confirmation: Once, we have received payment, we shall confirm the delivery and pickup dates with you, as well as your colour scheme.
4. We will source any additional decorations, if you have a specific theme in mind.
5. Delivery: We deliver your selected Christmas tree on your requested date to your desired location in Sydney.
6. Setup: We will assemble and position the tree in your home/office/restaurant/bar/function room/studio, and perform our magic.

In the interest of safety, our packages do not automatically come with lights. Nevertheless, we offer the option to decorate your tree with your own lights or acquire some on your behalf (and they become your property afterward).

We currently have baubles and decorations in all colours of the rainbow, along with white, silver, gold, and black options.

Our Christmas tree rentals are in high demand, and we have limited inventory. To increase your chances of securing your preferred tree, we recommend making your reservation as early as possible. It’s worth noting that a majority of our clients typically reserve their trees in October or November for installation in December.

You have the flexibility to rent our Christmas Trees for the duration that suits your needs. The shortest rental we’ve accommodated was just one night, for a corporate Christmas party in the Sofitel Darling Harbour Ballroom. On the other end of the spectrum, the longest rental extended for two months, from early November to early January, for Alex & Co restaurant.

While the majority of our clients prefer installation in December, you have the flexibility to book our artificial Christmas Tree hire at any time of the year. This service is accessible throughout all seasons including Christmas in July.

However, the real pine Christmas Trees can only be delivered from 23 November to 13 December 2023.
