It was so refreshing to deal with a small company that presents themselves so professionally online and is such an awesome concept to boot! Trying to articulate to a bigger company about the finer details of my individualised order would just have been a nightmare so knowing you are dealing with Layla who is buying and hand delivering the items herself usually is just brilliant.
