Book one of their Gelato Appreciation Classes and join them for a part gelato making class, part info session, part science lesson, and part gelato degustation with their chefs. By visiting our production epicentre, you’ll get to see what goes on behind the scenes, meet their chefs and they will even let you in on a few of their gelato secrets.
They run classes every Saturday in Sydney, apart from public holidays when they need a break!
