My passion is organising every detail of my clients’ lives, and Christmas is by far my favourite time of year. This is when the magic happens! Bringing festive joy to families and spreading Christmas cheer is what makes my heart sing.

Prices start at $79 per hour including gst for virtual concierge, or $88 per hour including gst for in-personal concierge.

Christmas Concierge is a specialised service designed to take the stress out of your holiday season. We handle everything from gift shopping and decorating to event planning and catering coordination, so you can focus on enjoying the festive season with your loved ones. Whether you’re a busy mum, a corporate professional, or a visitor to Sydney, we offer personalised holiday solutions to ensure your Christmas is magical, memorable, and stress-free.
What areas do you cover?
While our Christmas Tree and Decorations Hire service is only available throughout Greater Sydney, many of our services—such as virtual gift shopping, event planning, and Elf on the Shelf Kits — are available to clients Australiawide.
How far in advance should I book your Christmas services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for the busy holiday season. This ensures we have ample time to plan and execute everything to perfection. However, we also accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
Can I use your Christmas services on evenings and weekends?
Yes, of course. We understand that life doesn’t just happen during regular business hours. That’s why we’re also available to assist you during evenings and weekends. Just let us know your preferred times, and we’ll work with you to find a convenient schedule that fits your needs. Please note, advance bookings are highly recommended for ‘out of office hours’ especially during the festive season.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Sessions cancelled/postponed within 48 hours may attract a 50% cancellation fee.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers! It’s a fantastic way to treat your loved ones to the gift of time and convenience. Whether it’s for a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, or holiday, or just to show your appreciation, our gift vouchers can be personalised to suit your preferences and budget. Simply reach out to us to purchase a gift voucher, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s the perfect gift for anyone who has everything but the one thing they need the most; more time.
