What age is the Complete Elf Kit suitable for?
From age 3, as it includes some small parts.
What's included?
- Digital, personalised arrival/welcome back and goodbye letters. Please enter your elf/elves and children(s) name(s) in our message box. If you haven’t named your elf yet, I will leave it blank, so you can add it later. Both letters come with an official North Pole approval stamp.
- Digital, personalised Nice List Certificate, also with an official North Pole approval stamp.
- Digital Elf Planner, so you can decide in advance which activity to do on which night.
- All of the props you need for 24 days, plus 3 extra ideas and much more.
- 28 physical props, PLUS 48 digital downloads.

Are the elf activities quick and easy to setup?
The main idea of Elf on the Shelf is to have fun! It should be fun for you to set it up, as well as fun for your children. We have also made it super quick and easy for you.
What do I need to provide?
We have provided almost everything you need. You just need to provide:
- A bank note
- A few coins
- A few children’s books
Will the props work with the other elves?
Our props are designed to work with Elves Behavin’ Badly or Scout elves. They will work with other elves, if they are a similar size. If you’re not sure, please contact us.
Are we allowed to touch our elf/elves?
The official Elf on the Shelf book has a rule that your child(ren) is not allowed to touch your Elf/Elves. Personally, we think this is a silly rule. My son, who was almost 5 last Christmas, loved playing with his elves. It’s all part of the fun in our opinion, but if you wish to go by the official rules, that’s perfectly fine too.
Do I need more than 1 kit if I have more than 1 child?
Each kit is all set for one elf and one child, but there are some items that can totally be shared. And guess what? If you decide to order more than one kit, we’ve got some great discounts for you:

Do you offer discounts for multiple kits?
Yes, absolutely. Choose x 2 in the above drop-down menu for 10% off, or x 3 for 15% off.
However, if you would like us to post the 2 or 3 kits to different addresses, please contact me and I will email you an invoice that includes the discount, as well as delivery costs to multiple addresses.

I don't have a name for my Elf yet? Do you have any ideas?
If you don’t have a name for your Elf yet, you can either let your child(ren) name the Elf or you let them know that the elf has a name already, as chosen by Santa (and you can choose it). The most popular name for elves appears to be Elfie or Elfy. Here are a few other ideas:
