are you a cleaning service?

No, we’re not a cleaning service. Our housekeeping services go beyond just cleaning – think tidying up and creating a cosy haven for you.

We do handle light cleaning tasks like vacuuming and wiping surfaces. if you’re looking for a more traditional cleaner or a deep clean, we’ve got connections! We can hook you up with the perfect fit.

 

Is there anything you can't help with?

We don’t currently offer:

  • Deep cleaning
  • Cleaning windows
  • Cleaning inside cupboards
  • Cleaning ovens
  • Dusting
  • Mowing the lawn
  • Gardening, except for watering plants
  • Cooking
  • Scrubbing floors
  • Steaming carpets
  • Moving furniture
  • Heavy lifting
  • Dog walking

can you pick up groceries/dry cleaning/parcels from the post office for me?

Yes, we can absolutely run errands for you. However, they will come under our concierge services. Please schedule a consultation with us for more information.

Do you do decluttering and home organisation?

Yes, certainly. This also falls under our concierge services. Please schedule a consultation with us for more information.

How often can I schedule your housekeeping services?

Many of our clients schedule us weekly, but it’s all about what works for you. You can book us from once a month to twice a week, whatever keeps things running smoothly for you. Just a heads up, there’s a minimum of 2 hours per visit, making sure we have enough time to sprinkle our magic. We will continue our regular visits unless you decide to pause or end the service.

Can I trust your housekeepers in my home?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of trust when it comes to your personal space. Our housekeepers are not only highly skilled but also thoroughly vetted. They all hold valid Police Checks and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Rest assured, your home is in safe and capable hands with our trustworthy team.

how will my housekeeper gain access to my house?

On the first visit, you can either share a spare key or the access code to your key box, or make sure you’re home when our housekeeper arrives for future visits. We want to make it super convenient for you!

will you provide the cleaning products?

As we only provide light cleaning at this stage, we will bring spray and wipes. Please ensure you provide a vacuum cleaner if you would like us to vaccum.

where are your housekeeping services available?

Our Housekeeping services are available throughout all of Greater Sydney. They are subject to availability, so please do contact us to check first.

how is payment made?

Payment for our Housekeeping services must be made upfront.

are there any travel fees?

Yes, there is a fee of $0.85 per km (both ways).

what is the cancellation policy?

We completely understand that plans can change, but to keep things running smoothly, here is our cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule, please give us notice in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled meeting, you’ll receive a refund of your payment with a deduction of $110 cancellation fee.
  • Of course, if there are extenuating circumstances, please do give us a shout. We’re human too, and we get that life can throw curveballs.
