Details of what each of the above services include:
Check-In:
* We meet and greet your guest(s) at your property
* Help them with their luggage;
* Show them around the house and how things work;
* Remind them of the house rules
* Give them tips on local hot spots
* Let you know once they have checked in.
* The price includes upto half an hour waiting time, after the guest is due. If they are later than this, there is a surcharge of $75 per hour (or pro rata), unless it could not be avoided (e.g. their flight is delayed). This cost can be passed onto your guest if you prefer.
* The following surcharges apply for early/late check-ins: before 9am or from 9pm – $20 and before 7am or from 10pm – $50.
* There is also a 50% surcharge on public holidays.
Check-Out:
* We check your property has been left in the state the guests found it in;
* Take photos of any potential issues and email them to you;
* Collect the keys from your guest(s) and any feedback they have;
* Locking up the property. Giving you peace of mind;
* Confirm to you once they have checked out.
* The following surcharges apply for early/late check-outs: before 9am or after 8pm – $25 and before 7am or after 10pm – $50.
* There is also a 50% surcharge on public holidays.
Cleaning for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom property:
We ensure the apartment/house is clean before your guest(s) arrive, including the laundry. A standard clean includes:
* Vacuuming/mopping/sweeping all floors;
* Cleaning/dusting all accessible surfaces (including the kitchen and bathroom);
* Cleaning the toilet, bath and shower;
* Cleaning/polishing mirrors;
* Tidying;
* Emptying the bins.
If you would like any extras, such as the following added, please contact us for a customised quote:
* Washing your own bedding and towels;
* Stocking/re-stocking essential household items, such as toilet rolls;
* Stocking the pantry/fridge;
* Cleaning inside the fridge;
* Cleaning inside the oven;
* Cleaning inside cupboards;
* Sweeping/cleaning the balcony/courtyard/garden;
* Watering plants;
* Feeding fish.

Bedding Hire:
Rent your bedding from us, and save hundreds on buying it. We will…
* Provide freshly laundered: 4 pillow cases, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt cover;
* Make the bed;
* Collect the bedding at the end.
We have bedding for singles, king singles, doubles, queens and king beds.
If you would like to hire the actual quilt as well, it costs an additional $20
NB – this service is only available if we are doing your Check-In and Check-Out.
Towel Hire:
You can also hire towel sets from us, to save you time washing and drying your own. Includes:
* 1 Bath Mat
* 2 Bath Towels
* 1 Hand Towel
* 1 Flannel

Guest Concierge:
We can answer any questions your guest have, either prior to or after arrival, about restaurants, tickets, tours, itineraries etc. Unless specified otherwise, your guest(s) will pay us directly for this service. Stating you offer this service in your listing will help you stand out from the crowd.

NB – this service is only available in Sydney. Travel time is free if you live within 7km from Leichhardt. If you live further away, there will be a $0.66 per km surcharge.

Great location. Layla, who welcomed us in early with our suitcases, was warm, helpful, and very accommodating. Very comfortable bed. Comfy digs for a couple to explore an amazing city. Highly recommend.
